Job Description
Purpose Design, generate and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the team. Maintains departmental files, including headcount reporting and org charts for the team. Updates agenda and presentations for select leadership meetings, such as quarterly business review meetings and bi-monthly all-staff communication meetings. Process purchase orders in SRM, as well as track and review monthly invoices for customer service vendors. Works with Finance and Procurement functions to resolve issues and discrepancies in a timely manner. Track overall expenses for the team, including purchase order spend, travel expenses, and other department expenses. Review and triage customer inquiries in the customer service KANA system. Maintain reporting to management. Provides general administrative support, such as ordering office supplies, meeting/event planning, scheduling travel, and timely processing of expense and p-card reports. Support select culture activities on the team, including involvement in the customer service FISH teams and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications
A bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience required. At minimum, 7 years of work experience in a corporate setting, preferably in a Customer Service office environment. Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint is required. Experience with procurement processes through SRM is preferred. Excellent communication, engagement, and diplomacy skills; establishes and maintains cooperative working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated problem solving skills. Strong time management and organization skills required; able to complete tasks independently and manage priorities appropriately. Ability to handle confidential information is required including behaving with tact and diplomacy. Additional Information
