We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a globally recognized company in the beverage industry. This long-term contract position is based in New York, New York, and offers an exciting opportunity to lead critical system projects while working in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in commercial finance, pricing strategies, and demand planning.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the transition and implementation of key business systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Validate historical and planned data to ensure accuracy and consistency throughout migration efforts.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to confirm system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand planning, pricing, and finance processes.
• Provide detailed analysis and reconciliation of pricing models and proposals to support business decisions.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage data validation tasks and conduct thorough audits.
• Coordinate import/export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Identify and resolve issues during system implementation while maintaining project timelines.
• Communicate project updates and progress effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational goals.• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, systems implementation, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in commercial finance, demand planning, and pricing strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data validation and reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of customer pricing models and contract pricing processes.
• Experience leading system transitions and performing detailed testing, including UAT.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate complex projects.
• Familiarity with import/export regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members.
