The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking a Administrative Assistant for a prominent client of ours. This position is in Orlando, FL 32810. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

  • $25/hour, full-time, Monday – Friday, normal business hours
  • Organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Assisting with the daily management of site requests and vendor communications.
  • Creating and submitting monthly expense reports for leadership.
  • Sort daily mail, shipments and deliver to correct departments and maintain delivery logs.
  • Take site meeting minutes and report action items.
  • Create purchase orders.
  • Maintain office supplies and appropriate inventory levels.
  • Run and ready the technology in main conference rooms.
  • Assist with the coordination of office events, on-site meetings, and the ordering of catered lunches.
  • Supports facility management with new hire needs.
  • Directly oversee the janitorial and pest control vendors and their day-to-day activities.

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma and 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Bilingual (preferred).
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, written communication, keyboarding, and Microsoft 365 skills.
  • Able to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, maintain a professional image, and demonstrate interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain spreadsheets, expense reports, and calendars.
  • A self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks.
