Shaker Recruitment Marketing is hiring: Data Analyst in Oak Park

Overview

As a Data Analyst at Shaker, you’ll help build and maintain our reporting infrastructure and ensure our internal teams and clients have access to the data they need to optimize media investments and manage them for maximum cost-effectiveness. You will partner with Ad-ops to ensure actionable data is captured, ensure data flows accurately into our data warehouse, and collaborate with Data Strategists to keep dashboards up to date and data accessible across the business.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with multiple teams to ensure our data is accurate, accessible, and actionable.
• Collaborate with media teams to monitor and maintain dashboards and data visualizations.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau.
• Create/contribute to PowerPoint presentations.
• Partner with Client, Media, and Ad Ops to ensure accurate data collection.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience
• Comfortable working with data in tools like Excel, Python and R
• Proficiency with Tableau or other BI tools
• Ability to collect, analyze, and present data.
• Experience making data accessible through visualizations.
• Ability to collect, pull insights from, and present data.
• Familiarity with the digital media industry (esp. recruitment marketing) is a plus.
