Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

• Compensation: $55,000-75,000
• Direct Hire

What you’ll do as the Accountant

• Play a vital role in all aspects of our organization's accounting functions
• Engage in monthly financial reporting, in-depth financial analysis, and assist in budgeting and forecasting initiatives
• Focus on improving operational efficiencies through effective asset tracking, analytics, and expense control measures
• Responsible for account reconciliations, asset tracking, expense review and analysis to support the profitability of our extensive equipment division

What you’ll bring to the Accountant role

• Degree in Accounting or Business is preferred
• 2+ years of accounting experience, ideally within the construction or manufacturing sectors
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, such as Vista Accounting Software, Microsoft Excel, or Crystal Reports
• Ability to excel in a deadline-driven environment, showcasing your skills in problem-solving and innovation
• Desire to create optimized processes and best practices will contribute significantly to the department's success
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles inclusive of general ledger and profit and loss statement review
