Job Description
As a Receptionist, you will serve as the vital first point of contact for our organization, creating lasting first impressions for visitors, clients, and business partners. Your role extends far beyond traditional reception duties, as you will act as the central communication hub connecting staff, vendors, and clients throughout their daily interactions. You will be responsible for conveying the company\'s professional image through every phone call and in-person interaction, while simultaneously providing essential administrative support across multiple departments.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with courtesy and efficiency
- Manage reception area and ensure professional appearance at all times
- Handle administrative and clerical tasks across various departments
- Coordinate with staff, vendors, and clients as the central point of contact
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
- Operate office equipment including phones, copiers, and printers
- Prioritize and manage multiple administrative duties using independent judgment
- Support various departments with general administrative functions
- Assist with additional responsibilities as needed across different areas
Required Experience / Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail in administrative tasks
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to represent the company in a polished and courteous manner
- Familiarity with office equipment, including phones, copiers, and printers
- Ability to handle and prioritize advanced administrative duties
- Independent judgment and initiative in task management
- Strong organizational abilities
Nice-to-Haves
- 5 years or more of receptionist experience
- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and various departments
- Knowledge of and adherence to professional etiquette
- Efficient time management skills to meet deadlines

- Positive attitude and proactive approach to daily responsibilities
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Additional relevant certifications are a plus
Pay & Benefits Summary
- Competitive hourly pay: $18–$20/hour
- Bilingual bonus: Up to $22/hour for bilingual candidates
- 1-hour lunch break daily (Fridays end at 4:00 PM with waived lunch)
