Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities

  • Greets all visitors entering the community, answers questions, ensures visitors sign guest sheets, and directs phone calls to the proper residents and staff.
  • Sorts, delivers, and collects incoming/outgoing community and resident mail; may perform basic office/clerical functions and maintain visitor logs.
  • Responds to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.
