Overview
Job Title: Electrician
We are seeking skilled candidates who can proficiently wire and build panels and motors from prints. The role involves installing these panels and motors for various customer facilities across central Kentucky. Candidates with basic PLC knowledge, such as the ability to read ladder logic, will be preferred. Those who have the capability to program or troubleshoot PLCs will have an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Wire and build panels and motors from prints.
- Install panels and motors at various customer facilities across central Kentucky.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide wiring and installation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
- Ability to perform conduit bending.
- Experience with electrical and electronic systems.
- Possession of a journeyman license.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of PLCs and ladder logic.
- Ability to program or troubleshoot PLCs is an advantage.
Work Environment & Work Location
The role involves working across various facilities in central Kentucky. The position is fully onsite and based out of Frankfort, Kentucky. This is a contract position.
Pay, Benefits & Eligibility
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
