We\'re seeking a skilled graphic designer for a 6-month fixed-term position who can transform concepts into compelling visual representations across both print and electronic media, including a significant focus on website design and page creation. The ideal candidate should be proficient in current design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite, with expertise in all phases of the design process from concept to final delivery. This role involves collaborating with multiple teams, translating ideas into designs that align with branding and marketing strategies, and working on various projects simultaneously, including branding for podcasts and video series.

Key responsibilities

• Brainstorm and strategize with teams or clients to create high-quality designs.
• Maintain brand consistency across deliverables.
• Manage project materials using a content management system.
• Work on the company\'s website: create, update, and manage web pages to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Format essays in InDesign and prepare print-ready files for local vendors.
• Identify and resolve design process flaws; ensure designs meet organizational standards.
• Stay updated with design trends and market intelligence.
• Create social media graphics and design elements for email invitations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience (Required): Bachelor\'s degree in related field and one year of relevant experience in an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
