Food & Beverage Team Member
$16.50/hr + tips | Queens, NY
Nu3s is opening this November—and we’re hiring friendly, energetic Cafe Barista to help us launch from the ground up! You’ll work hands-on with espresso machines, blenders, and café equipment to craft high-quality drinks—from lattes and cappuccinos to smoothies and shakes—while delivering warm, personalized service, and help shape the vibe of our brand-new Market Café.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and shakes to spec
- Greet guests and take orders with a warm, professional attitude
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, lattes, shakes, and food combos
- Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and merchandising
- Cross-train in food prep, service, and café operations
- Support team members and help create a welcoming environment
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year experience in food service or customer-facing role
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Passion for food, service, and hospitality
- Flexible schedule (early mornings, afternoons, weekends, holidays)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
