Job Description

Pay Range: $65.09hr - $70.09hr

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements for ERP and workflow enhancements.
• Translate user needs into functional design specifications, process flows, wireframes, and process documentation.
• Analyze current-state processes and systems to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across integrated platforms and business functions.
• Produce high-quality business and technical artifacts to support development and implementation.
• Develop and execute detailed test scripts and test plans for ERP and system enhancements.
• Facilitate internal functional testing (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Document test results and coordinate sign-off with stakeholders.
• Contribute to status reports, risk logs, and issue registers.
• Support ad-hoc analysis, project coordination, and documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across publishing technology.

Requirement/Must Have

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong experience in gathering and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Ability to model complex workflows and translate business needs into actionable deliverables.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with test planning, test case development, and execution.
• Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.

Should Have (Preferred)

• Background in Media & Entertainment or Publishing industries.
• Familiarity with publishing workflows and product lifecycle management.
• Experience with customized ERP applications and data infrastructure design.

Skills (Tools And Platforms)

• PowerBI, DAX, SQL.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence).
• Project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Miro).
• ServiceNow (incident management, workflow tracking).
• Microsoft O365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint).

Qualification And Education

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field preferred).
