Overview

Leidos has an opportunity for a Business Analyst to support the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Outcome-based Delivery and DevSecOps Services (ODOS) IV proposal and program. As part of the team, you will participate in solution development and technical demonstrations to support a winning proposal. The selected candidate will lead business process analysis, workflow design, and documentation in support of DevSecOps projects, ensuring that business needs align with enterprise-level IT solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Participate in solution development and technical demonstrations to support a winning proposal.
  • Conduct end-to-end business processes and workflow analysis for enterprise software development.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate user needs into functional specifications.
  • Develop process models, block diagrams, and data flow charts to support system design.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure integration of business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation including process-level and user-level guides.
  • Provide input into testing and validation activities to ensure requirements are met.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent additional years of experience).
  • Minimum of 8 years of IT experience focusing on development projects.
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting DevSecOps projects.
  • Strong knowledge of business systems, requirements analysis, and integration of enterprise services.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working across client and contractor teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting DHS or USCIS IT modernization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Industry certifications in Business Analysis or Agile practices.

Pay Range: $89,700.00 - $162,150.00. The stated pay range is a general guideline and does not guarantee compensation; actual offer may vary based on responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, market data, and applicable agreements.
