Collaborate closely with functional teams to identify suitable automation candidates.

Collaborate closely with functional teams to identify suitable automation candidates.
Create comprehensive documentation to support automation processes.
Assist functional team analysts with their documentation efforts.
Engage in solution design discussions with Solution Architect.
Understand and document workflows for automation.
Identify and propose improvements for business process gaps.
Apply process improvement methodologies to standardize processes.
Identify resources and assign responsibilities for automation projects.
Facilitate regular meetings for status updates and solution design reviews.
Design test plans to support automation development cycles.
Maintain status reports, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions.

Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Strong conceptual and analytical skills with problem-solving abilities.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a business analyst or continuous improvement role.
Proficient in computer skills including office software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
