We are a family owned and operated business with a new call center located in White Marsh MD!

We are looking for outgoing members to join our team as call center agents!

Call Center Sales Agent Description

• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
• Achieve weekly and monthly quotas

Call Center Target Metrics

• Issue a minimum of 10 appointments per Design Consultant per week (2 per day)
• 45-55 Dials per hour per caller
• 30% conversion from Raw Lead to Set Appointment
• 80% conversion from Set Appointment to Issued Appointment
• 80% Demo Rate on all Issued Appointments

Bonuses

Bonuses are paid monthly based on net volume attributed to appts sold!
