Recruiter – Full-Time, On-Site

White Marsh, MD | $65,000–$85,000 | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Our client is seeking a Recruiter to join their team in White Marsh. This role will lead full-cycle hiring across diverse positions, manage the applicant tracking system, and drive proactive pipeline building through networking, events, and university outreach.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure process compliance.
• Coordinate candidate logistics: scheduling, assessments, and communications.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on profiles and decisions.
• Support internship programs, job fairs, and community outreach.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of recruiting experience across a variety of roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to partner at all levels.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized.
• Proven ability to adapt to dynamic and evolving business needs.
• Track record of consistent tenure in past roles (2+ years in at least one).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
