Overview
Seeking Room Service Call Center Specialist. Full-time, 6:30am-3:00pm, rotates weekends and holidays.

The Room Service Call Center Specialist (CSS) assists patients with placing meal orders within physician-prescribed diet limitations via telephone; processes diet orders and coordinates delivery of meals to the patient by the Room Service Ambassador. Provides basic information regarding the physician-prescribed diet and alerts the patient's Clinical Dietitian and/or Nurse when further education or assessment is needed. Processes reports/updates and coordinates Call Center/Ambassador processes with production and tray line areas; acts as a liaison between the Food and Nutrition Services Department, the patient, and the nursing unit.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
