The ideal candidate will steer corporate finance initiatives, including capital structure planning, financial modeling, and budgeting. They will develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies, manage diverse multi-asset portfolios, and ensure the establishment of strong risk and financial asset management frameworks. Key responsibilities include: Leading a high-performing team to achieve investment goals Maintaining productive relationships with capital providers Overseeing post-investment value creation plans Presenting strategic insights to Investment Committees and the Board This role calls for a strategic visionary who possesses hands-on execution capabilities, expert financial modeling and valuation skills, and a comprehensive understanding of capital markets. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree and professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, CAIA, or FRM will be an asset. A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in investment management, corporate finance, private equity, asset management, or investment banking is essential, along with a proven track record in capital raising, portfolio optimization, and risk management.
