Responsibilities: • Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction • Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary • Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency • Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services • Order office equipment and supplies as needed • Perform general office tasks and administrative duties as needed • Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a friendly, professional, and timely manner • Help implement and maintain office procedures to streamline operations • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings • Work closely with senior staff to support day-to-day operations • Order and manage office equipment and supplies Qualifications: • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills • Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work • Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role • Familiarity with architectural and construction industry terminology • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities • Friendly, customer-service-oriented approach • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively • Proficient with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Preferred:

• Experience in an architecture firm or similar professional services environment Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly

• Perform general office tasks and administrative duties as needed • Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a friendly, professional, and timely manner • Help implement and maintain office procedures to streamline operations • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings • Work closely with senior staff to support day-to-day operations • Order and manage office equipment and supplies • Assist the owner in marketing and promoting the firm’s brand

Compensation: $45,000-$55,000 per year
