The Administrative Assistant is the heartbeat of our office, providing structure, service, and support to agents and leadership alike. You’ll be the first impression and ongoing go-to for our agents and guests, overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating training and events, supporting leadership initiatives, and ensuring our office functions at the highest level. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for client service, operations, and a growth-oriented mindset. This position reports directly to the Team Leader and COO and offers a clear path for growth into higher leadership roles within one of the most respected brands in real estate. Salary

: $50,000–$55,000 per year (based on experience) •

: Collaborative, high-energy, supportive team culture Responsibilities: • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings with impeccable attention to detail and time efficiency • Screen and respond to incoming emails, calls, and requests, ensuring timely follow-up and protecting executive time • Prepare, edit, and manage documents, presentations, and reports with a high level of professionalism and accuracy • Track key deadlines, initiatives, and deliverables to ensure accountability across projects and departments • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, trainings, client appointments, and travel itineraries • Assist with recruiting efforts by managing candidate pipelines, scheduling interviews, and handling pre-onboarding logistics • Foster strong internal communication by liaising between the executive and team members to ensure clarity, alignment, and follow-through • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and solve problems proactively before they escalate Qualifications: •

2–4 years of experience in an executive support, administrative, or coordination role

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with calendar management tools, Monday.com, and CRM systems is a plus • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • A proactive, service-minded approach with a “whatever it takes” attitude •

Familiarity with basic marketing tools (e.g., Canva, email platforms) or event planning support is a bonus

Compensation: $50,000 – $55,000
