As a
Sales Support/Customer Service Specialist , you'll be responsible for assisting territory managers and customers, providing key administrative and clerical support. Your main duties will include creating sales documents (quotes, invoices), managing inventory, and coordinating with logistics to ensure timely deliveries. You'll also maintain customer and pricing data in an internal database and manage backorders.
The ideal candidate will have at least
5 years of sales and customer service experience , be highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills. You should also have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook, and be experienced in accurate and efficient data entry.
Qualifications/Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent with combination of education, training, and experience • education Associates Degree in Business but not required • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction and confidence • Committed to delivering excellent customer service in support of our Territory Managers • Extremely organized with excellent written and oral communication skills • Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines • Experienced in heavy data entry with accuracy and efficiency
