Summary:

As a warehouse associate, your primary role is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse. Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and documenting shipments; managing inventory; picking, packing, and shipping orders; loading and unloading goods safely; maintaining a clean and safe environment; and collaborating with team members. You may also interact with customers by assisting with inquiries, handling complaints or returns, and providing excellent service. Your role is crucial in ensuring accurate, timely movement of goods and a positive customer experience.
