Summary:
As a warehouse associate, your primary role is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse. Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and documenting shipments; managing inventory; picking, packing, and shipping orders; loading and unloading goods safely; maintaining a clean and safe environment; and collaborating with team members. You may also interact with customers by assisting with inquiries, handling complaints or returns, and providing excellent service.
