Executive Assistant

eBay is looking for an Administrative Executive Assistant to support the Sr. Director of Customer Risk and Compliance Operations along with two additional Directors. This role is vital to our leadership team, requiring a hard-working, efficient self-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. The position is based in Salt Lake City and will report directly to the Sr. Director, while also supporting our Global Customer Experience organization. This is a dynamic role with responsibilities that will evolve over time.

You Will Accomplish

  1. Manage the Sr. Director's calendar, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones.
  2. Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
  3. Understand team goals and organize the Sr. Director's time accordingly.
  4. Handle financial administrative tasks, including processing POs and invoices.
  5. Plan and coordinate team events and off-sites.
  6. Collaborate with onsite engagement teams for local priorities and events.
  7. Communicate professionally with internal and external parties.
  8. Prepare presentation and meeting materials.
  9. Record minutes and manage agendas for team meetings.
  10. Maintain administrative systems such as email lists and organizational charts.
  11. Update the Sr. Director on employee milestones and achievements.
  12. Participate in special projects and compile briefing materials.
  13. Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

You Will Bring

  1. Availability to work 3 days/week onsite at Draper, Utah, supporting eBay’s hybrid work model.
  2. At least 5+ years of experience supporting Directors or higher in a tech environment.
  3. Proactive approach to understanding and supporting team goals.
  4. Enthusiasm, collaboration, and helpfulness.
  5. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  6. Ability to produce clear briefing materials and handle dynamic environments.
  7. Experience interacting with senior executives and maintaining confidentiality.
  8. Self-motivated, proactive, with strong project management skills.
  9. Attention to detail, flexibility, and prioritization skills.
  10. Willingness to travel if needed.
