Duties:
* Oversee Accounts Receivable and Payable: Reconcile balances, resolve discrepancies, and review weekly payment selections.
* Support Project Accounting: Release progress billings, assign commission dates, and maintain job cost tracking
* Manage Payroll & Compensation: Ensure accurate processing and reporting
* Lead Month-End Close: Handle general ledger reconciliations (AP, AR, inventory) and financial reporting
* Strengthen Internal Controls: Recommend and maintain financial processes for accuracy and efficiency
* Maintain Inventory Records: Implement controls and manage year-end inventory
* Handle HR Functions: Onboarding, terminations, and benefits administration* Bachelor's degree in Accounting
* 3-5+ years of accounting experience
* Construction industry experience highly preferred
