Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to support application lifecycle management initiatives, including upgrades, migrations, and remediation of end-of-life systems. This role requires strong technical acumen, healthcare application experience, and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and document business and technical requirements from IT teams and business units.
• Translate requirements into actionable insights for architects, infrastructure teams, and application analysts.
• Support application/operating system upgrades and migrations to standard platforms.
• Assist in the remediation of end-of-life applications and systems.
• Understand and analyze application stack components (e.g., server, workstation, cloud).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of technical solutions.
• Participate in stakeholder communications and status updates.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 5-7+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a related technical role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare applications and workflows.
• Solid knowledge of application stack architecture (server, client, cloud).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.).
• Familiarity with Java, SQL, Visual Basic, or Google App Script.
• Experience with cloud migrations and end-of-life system remediation is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in technical analysis or application architecture.
• Certifications in Java, App Script, or related technologies are a plus (not required).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
