DaVita has an open position for a Social Worker who will be a vital member of each patient’s core care team. Life on dialysis can be a challenging transition for many patients—and you'll be there to support and advocate for them. In this role, you will help patients understand their rights and responsibilities, and guide them in managing the physical, mental, emotional, and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) with a clinical specialization from an accredited school.
• Must meet all state regulations for dialysis practice.
• Clinical License (e.g., LGSW, LICSW) meeting state licensure requirements.
• Willing to work in Wyoming, Hastings, Cottage Grove, and Stillwater.
• Proficient in experienced-level Social Worker duties.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary/Wage Range:

$28.50 - $48.00 per hour
