Luxury Sales & Communications Associate
to deliver an exceptional client experience while supporting our sales operations and communications. Role Overview
This is a client-facing position that requires a balance of sales acumen, luxury service, and strong communication skills. The Luxury Sales & Communications Associate will engage directly with clients in our Hinsdale showroom, assist with sales appointments, and provide follow-up support. Alongside client interactions, the role will contribute to content creation, social media presence, and overall brand communications. Key Responsibilities
Client-Facing Sales Welcome and assist clients in the showroom, ensuring a refined and personalized luxury experience. Support private appointments, trunk shows, and in-store events. Present collections with strong product knowledge, tailored storytelling, and confidence. Build and maintain lasting client relationships through follow-up, outreach, and CRM updates. Support order processing, invoicing, and after-sales service. Sales & Administrative Support Prepare sales reports, product information sheets, and line sheets for partners. Maintain accurate CRM and client databases. Coordinate logistics for orders, shipping, and client deliveries. Assist with wholesale partner communications. Communications Create and manage daily social media presence in line with brand standards. Upload and update website content, liaising with international web developers. Support outreach to artists, galleries, and cultural stakeholders to enhance brand visibility. Qualifications & Experience
Experience in
luxury retail, jewelry, art, or fashion
in a client-facing sales role. Strong understanding of luxury service and best practices. Prior experience in digital marketing, communications, or social media management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems. Adobe Photoshop or creative software skills a plus. Excellent writing and copy-editing skills. Essential Skills
Must be able to commute to
