Your opportunity New Relic is seeking a highly skilled Lead Workday Payroll Technology Analyst with expertise in Workday Payroll and Compensation modules to join the Finance Technology team. This pivotal role involves optimizing our Workday Payroll system, integrations with third party international providers and providing technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and positively impact the user experience. This individual will collaborate with the Finance, People Operations, and HR Information Systems teams to define and execute their strategy. Opportunity to work remotely may be available depending on applicant location. What you\'ll do Partner with stakeholders in Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and other functional areas to identify development needs and provide technical solutions utilizing Workday. Provide technical guidance to Senior Workday Payroll Technology Analyst. Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Payroll system issues quickly and efficiently. Support the build of integrations between third-party international payroll providers and Workday to create a central source of Payroll information. Own the Workday Payroll worksheets/workbooks including maintenance, enhancements, and architectural changes. Design and build solutions to streamline payroll processing to capture pay components such as shift allowances, stipends, and meal vouchers and flow into compensation. Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes, such as the bonus calculator. Building advanced custom reports, extracting data requests, and processing large, critical data sets with high accuracy. Lead the roll out of Workday Time Tracking module to additional countries. Design and configure solutions to track and pay on-call hours at different rates for international locations. Create and write Standard Operating procedures in a clear and organized manner. Special projects as assigned. This role requires Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on implementation or administration experience with Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and/or Absence. Strong knowledge of Workday APIs and Workday Studio and/or Worksheets. Strong knowledge of PECI files and integrations with third party payroll providers. Completion of one Workday Pro track and exam within the first year of employment. Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and interoperability with payroll. Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal audit frameworks related to payroll. Bonus points if you have Workday Advanced Compensation certification Workday Pro certification in Payroll or Time Tracking Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position. The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant\'s skills, qualifications, and experience.
