Overview
Our client based in South Florida is a Multi-Billion Dollar privately held company with a need for a Manager of Strategy and Transformation. This position will support the Executive Team on projects across the business. This role involves presentations to the executive leadership team, driving strategic growth and transformation across all business units. Base pay range
$130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Additional compensation types
Annual Bonus and RSUs Responsibilities
Collaborating with leadership to identify department business issues. Conducting analysis, evaluating strategic initiatives and presenting solutions to leadership. Using business analysis consulting skills to work with internal clients. Model report and track all financial data for several key projects across the company. Using key operational and financial metrics to drive decisions and find solutions to problems as needed. Preparing reporting of financial and operating metrics that help support status of projects as they move through their lifecycle. Modeling out various cost savings/revenue generating initiatives using assumptions and historical data as needed. Presenting financial projections and/or actual results to executive leadership as necessary. Performing competitive and/or industry analysis as needed. Working closely with various operating teams to assist with all financial needs. Working closely with Accounting team to understand P&L impacts of various decisions/initiatives. Ensuring accuracy and integrity of data by building a solid understanding of the various systems used across the company. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related discipline. Min. 3 years of experience working in a similar business analysis or corp. development position for Consulting Firm or Large Corporation. Required Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with data querying skills. Experience interacting with senior leadership in various departments across the organization. Ability to manage and organize large quantities of data and put them in a presentable format also a must. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels and across all functions in the organization. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in analysis and presentations. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Seniority level
