Strategy & Roadmap
– Define and lead the product vision and roadmap for data and AI-powered features across the platform. Product Development
– Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design to deliver new tools and functionality from concept to launch with speed and quality. Business & User Needs
– Translate business and user needs into actionable requirements and clearly communicate how data and AI deliver measurable value. Validate Through Discovery
– Conduct discovery, research, and rapid experimentation to validate ideas and prioritize high-impact opportunities. Deliver Measurable Results
– Define and track KPIs, using data to iterate and improve products post-launch. Champion the User
– Advocate for members, partners, brokers, and internal product users to inform improvements. Work Cross-Functionally
– Align and collaborate with Engineering, UX, Operations, and client-facing teams to drive delivery and impact. Qualifications
7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on data-centric or AI-driven products. Experience in health-tech, pharmacy benefits, or healthcare data environments preferred. Proven success launching products that leverage data science, ML, or advanced analytics. Strong technical fluency and experience collaborating with engineers and data analysts. Experience with complex systems, integrations, and healthcare datasets. Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to translate between business and technical audiences. Thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments with a strong sense of ownership. Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
