Creator Social Content Manager – Books at Aquent. The role focuses on strategy, sourcing, and execution of creator-driven social content for Books. The ideal candidate is passionate about books and culture, engaged with communities shaping conversations around reading, and has experience developing social strategies that grow audiences and drive engagement. This role is hybrid in Culver City, CA; candidates must be able to work 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday). Base pay range $67.00/hr - $71.00/hr Responsibilities

Develop and execute social content strategies that highlight discovery, storytelling, and culture. Source, vet, and manage relationships with creators to drive innovative content that resonates with global audiences based on creative briefs. Manage campaign development across partner social channels, aligning with product priorities, cultural moments, and platform trends. Leverage analytics and insights to inform content strategy, measure impact, and refine approach across channels. Partner with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, PR, and Editorial—to ensure social-first best practices are embedded in broader initiatives. Act as a strategic partner on creator-led activations, ensuring content is authentic, scalable, and aligned with brand values. Stay ahead of emerging social behaviors and platform innovations, proactively bringing new ideas to the team. Qualifications

5+ years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or creator partnerships in the books, entertainment, or lifestyle space. Track record of sourcing and cultivating relationships with creators, agencies, and cultural voices. Ability to analyze performance data and audience insights to shape strategy and optimize content. Strong understanding of social platform trends, particularly TikTok (BookTok), Instagram, and emerging channels. Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills; comfortable balancing creative vision with business priorities. Ambitious self-starter with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. About Aquent Talent
