Creator Social Content Manager
to lead strategy, sourcing, and execution of creator-driven social content for
Books . This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes culture, is tapped into BookTok and emerging social trends, and knows how to grow communities through innovative creator partnerships. We are seeking someone engaged with BookTok, Bookstagram, and literary influencers. What You’ll Do
Develop and execute social strategies that drive book discovery and engagement Source and manage creator relationships to deliver authentic, scalable content Partner with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with cultural moments and product priorities Use analytics to optimize content performance and inform future strategy What We’re Looking For
5+ years in content strategy, social media, or creator partnerships (books/entertainment/lifestyle a plus) Strong network of creators and cultural voices Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms Excellent communicator, creative thinker, and project manager Details
