Progressive experience in all aspects of litigation, including routine court appearances, preparing and arguing motions, taking depositions, handling routine and/or complex discovery and ESI, preparing cases for mediation and/or trial, evidentiary hearings and/or trial experience. Research and drafting briefs and motions. Preparing cases for mediation and/or trial. Qualifications
2-5 years of litigation experience; strong academic background; excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. License to practice in California and familiarity with the California court system required. Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $192,000 - $210,000 and up to $40,000+ in bonus potential. This is not inclusive of our full range; actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law. Benefits include health care, vision, dental, firm-paid disability, firm-paid life insurance, firm-paid travel accident, retirement benefits, parental leave, adoption assistance, unlimited vacation, health care spending accounts, commuter and transit plans, employee assistance program, long term care, pet insurance, and a 529 plan.
