Associate Attorney - Construction Defect

Our client, an estabilished defense firm in California is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Construction Defect group. This position is based in Northern California, with flexibility for hybrid or remote work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of construction defect litigation matters throughout California. Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, written discovery, depositions, and motion practice. Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial. Draft and file court documents; familiarity with e-filing required. Conduct and defend depositions, including expert and plaintiff depositions. Participate in trial preparation and provide support during trial. Maintain accurate time records and ensure timely reporting. Candidate Requirements
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Admission to practice in California. Minimum of three (3) years of litigation experience, ideally in construction defect defense or closely related areas. Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases. Strong deposition and motion practice experience. Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Why Apply?
