Senior Program Manager, Talent Acquisition Enablement - AI Specialty Our Talent Acquisition Enablement Team drives transformational and continuous improvement for Talent Acquisition, with a focus on efficiency, technology innovation, operational excellence, and quality data and experiences. This role identifies business challenges and potential AI use cases to streamline TA workflows and support a global TA organization. Responsibilities

Manage the entire AI project lifecycle from ideation and planning through execution and post-project review Conduct process and data analyses to identify root causes and drive AI-driven improvements in efficiency and productivity Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and requirements and deliver innovative business and technology solutions Drive change enablement and adoption strategies to ensure program success Communicate status, risks, dependencies, and insights across teams and programs Ensure teams set and follow standardized reporting methods for goals and progress Negotiate across teams to broker commitments and roadmaps, manage dependencies, and re-baseliner when needed Identify and surface program risks early and implement resolution/mitigation plans Qualifications

5+ years in Recruiting Enablement, Program Management, Talent Operations/Enablement, People programs, or related experience Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders Experience deploying AI solutions aligned with business objectives Experience with large-scale change, tool implementations or enhancements Track record in building and delivering recruiting programs linked to business strategy or OKRs Project management experience with ability to influence partner teams toward delivery Resourceful, influential, organized, and capable from strategy to implementation Proficiency with recruiting tools (e.g., iCIMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout) and knowledge of recruiting lifecycle is preferred Compensation & Benefits

Base pay ranges and geographic pay zones apply. Zone A: $149,400 - $195,050; Zone B: $135,000 - $176,250; Zone C: $124,200 - $162,150.
