We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support Arine's Operations teams (including Clinical Care, Implementation and Support Desk). In this role, you will contribute to strategic and operational initiatives that help scale our clinical impact and improve team efficiency. What You\'ll Be Doing

Support the Operations Leadership team in tracking and analyzing performance across key metrics (e.g., project outcomes, staffing, clinical efficiency) Assist in improving systems and workflows that help Arine\'s Delivery teams operate at scale Help coordinate projects and processes involving cross-functional teams like Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Client Success Maintain and update internal documentation on workflows and standard operating procedures Assist in the management and administration of tools used by the Operations teams (e.g., telephony, SMS, IVR platforms) Pull and organize operational data to support reporting, analysis, and decision-making Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure Clinical, Implementation and Tech Support team success Identify and suggest improvements to processes and tools Our Ideal Candidate Possesses

2–5 years of experience in an operations, project coordination, or analyst role - experience in healthcare or technology is a plus A curious and proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow Basic analytical skills and comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards, or other data tools Familiarity with task/project management tools like Jira, Smartsheets, Asana, or similar Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay flexible in a fast-paced startup environment Interest in healthcare innovation and improving population health through technology Remote Work Requirements

An established private work area that ensures information privacy A stable high-speed internet connection for telephonic and/or remote work This role is remote, but you will be required to come to on-site meetings multiple times per year. Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000/year, depending on experience and location. This range represents base salary and does not include additional compensation, benefits, or perks. Job Requirements
