SAP – Finance – Senior Manager – Consulting – Location OPEN. Location: Anywhere in Country. At EY, we’re all in to shape your future with confidence. This role focuses on leveraging SAP technology to improve client operations within EY’s SAP service line capabilities (Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch and SuccessFactors). Our objective is to provide clients with a unique business perspective on how to leverage SAP technology to improve their operations. EY helps clients enhance performance and productivity by co-creating innovative SAP-based solutions across strategy to execution. Responsibilities
On typical engagements, work with key stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP system capabilities. Initiate requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprint, test, document workflows, and provide functional design of the solution. Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions and complete configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Evaluate and understand complex business models, translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams, and drive technology delivery success. Manage and oversee complex processes and projects, ensuring quality and managing risk. Responsible for budget management, delivery, and performance of projects aimed at meeting objectives. Foster and manage client relationships to support business growth and revenue generation. Thought leadership and best-practice problem solving Identify sales and new opportunities Participate in client engagements from planning to execution and closure Manage engagement economics with a focus on chargeability and revenue generation Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) 5-7 years of relevant experience in SAP At least 3 years of experience working with one or more SAP modules Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and advisory experience relevant to industry-specific finance and technology functions Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies Willingness to travel to meet client needs Prior consulting industry experience (preferred) SAP Certification/s (preferred) Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of core module What We Look For
