You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our website, ensuring a high-quality user experience, increasing non-paid traffic, and supporting our overall marketing goals. You will partner with the marketing, design, copy, localization and development teams to execute comprehensive website updates that increase awareness, improve SEO, and drive customer acquisition. Ideal Candidate
You should bring a positive attitude and insatiable curiosity to continuously improve the user experience. You are comfortable taking the initiative on a project and working in a cross-functional group. You should be able to discuss designs with your creative partners, positioning with product, technical requirements with developers, and project status with leadership. Responsibilities
Build, publish, and maintain web pages, landing pages, and blog posts using our Content Management System (CMS). Manage the content lifecycle from request to publishing, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to brand guidelines. Upload and manage digital assets (images, videos, documents) within the CMS. Perform quality assurance checks to ensure all web content is error-free, mobile-responsive, and accessible. Partner closely with marketing, design, and copy teams to translate project briefs and mockups into functional and engaging web pages. Implement on-page SEO best practices (e.g., meta tags, headers, image alt text) as guided by the SEO team. Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns by creating and updating associated landing pages and web content. Partner with Localization teams for seamless execution of global campaigns. Requirements
5+ years of experience in web production, web marketing, or a similar role with a focus on website management. Hands-on proficiency with one or more enterprise-level Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress or similar platforms. Solid understanding of web best practices, including on-page SEO, accessibility, and user experience. Experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and technical teams to bring web projects to life. Ability to work from a content brief and collaborate with content creators to ensure web copy is effective and engaging. Detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality assurance and brand consistency. Proficient in Google Analytics and familiar with Google Tag Manager (or similar programs). Seniority level
