Builders Administrative Assistant

The Builders Administrative Assistant works with cross functional teams to provide administrative support for all RNGD projects and business endeavors. Responsibilities Include: Collaborating with project teams on project deadlines and deliverables. Preparation, distribution, and file maintenance of assigned project related documents. Ensuring subcontractor compliance and minimum requirements for execution. Preparation, organization, and distribution of subcontract documents, purchase orders, and proposals. Preparation of certified payroll on applicable projects. Assistance with miscellaneous copying, scanning, and organizing. Works as part of a team to achieve administrative results. Understands administrative procedures and assists in development and execution. Assist with all administrative company luncheons, meeting set-up, and trainings as requested. Coordinate conference rooms, calls, couriers, hotels, travel arrangements, seminars, conferences, etc. Understands company culture -- implement, and ensure all project, company, and client policies, procedures, ethics & standards are followed. Executive and Team Leader Support: Assist Builder's Executives and Project Team Leaders with calendar coordination, project administration assistance, travel, lunch, etc. Facilitate effective communication and information sharing among leaders and project teams. Organization and facilitation of quarterly True Builder Meetings. This includes planning and execution of bi-annual team building events and project-related celebrations. Ideal Qualifications: 2 + years of commercial construction industry experience. Proficiency with software, including MS Office Suite and construction project management software.
