Job Description As an Account Director or Executive Account Director, you will be responsible for introducing and quickly growing sales of our unique products, into your territory's outpatient wound care market. Candidates must have at least one year of experience selling clinical wound care medical products into the outpatient wound care market, plus knowledge of and relationships with wound care physicians and clinic office and billing staff in the specific territory to be covered. Minimum Requirements A minimum of one year of experience selling clinically advanced wound care products in the outpatient clinic and physician office market. Established, productive relationships with wound care physicians and support staff in the territory to be covered. A strong understanding of the reimbursement process and mechanics of the sale of wound care medical products into the outpatient market. Experience executing new medical product launches into the outpatient market while reimbursement and local coverage payment rates are being decided. A bachelors degree with a major in science, nursing, or business is preferred but not required Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to create and execute sales strategies from directions provided by company management. Self-driven and detail-oriented work style with the ability to organize, manage, and meet sales objectives. High internal energy with the ability to think strategically and in alignment with the corporate goals.

Ideal Attributes Job Requirements Present, promote, and sell products into the outpatient market using persuasive clinical and business discussions with prospective and existing customers. Quickly grow sales in new accounts and identify growth opportunities in existing accounts. Execute the companys customer and account sales plans which result in meeting established sales goals. Manage price negotiation of products within the companys pricing rules. Successfully launch the companys new products by driving customer uptake, initial use, and repeat utilization through account purchases. Create and execute specific customer and account sales plans that meet established sales goals. Effectively manage individual time and effort to produce results. Effectively manage company resources. Develop ethical, long-term customer relationships and represent the company positively to customers through field travel, medical meetings, and clinical interaction. Learn and educate others on the clinical data and supporting documents required to sell the companys medical devices. Adhere to the companys compliance rules, regulations, and requirements.
