Job Description As an Account Director or Executive Account Director, you will be responsible for introducing and quickly growing sales of our unique products into your territory's outpatient wound care market. Candidates must have at least one year of experience selling clinical wound care medical products into the outpatient wound care market, along with knowledge of and relationships with wound care physicians and clinic office and billing staff in the specific territory. Minimum Requirements A minimum of one year of experience selling clinically advanced wound care products in the outpatient clinic and physician office market. Established, productive relationships with wound care physicians and support staff in the territory. A strong understanding of the reimbursement process and mechanics of selling wound care medical products into the outpatient market. Experience launching new medical products into the outpatient market while reimbursement and local coverage payment rates are being decided. A bachelors degree in science, nursing, or business is preferred but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to create and execute sales strategies based on management guidance. Self-driven and detail-oriented with the ability to organize, manage, and meet sales objectives. High energy with strategic thinking aligned with corporate goals. Ideal Attributes & Job Requirements Present, promote, and sell products into the outpatient market using persuasive clinical and business discussions with prospective and existing customers. Grow sales in new accounts and identify growth opportunities in existing accounts. Execute the companys customer and account sales plans to meet sales goals. Manage price negotiations within company pricing rules. Successfully launch new products by driving customer uptake and repeat utilization. Create and implement specific customer and account sales plans. Manage time and effort effectively to produce results. Utilize company resources efficiently. Develop ethical, long-term customer relationships and represent the company positively through field travel, meetings, and clinical interactions. Learn and educate others on clinical data and supporting documents for selling medical devices. Adhere to company compliance rules and regulations. Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $100k, commensurate with experience. Total compensation (including uncapped commissions): $200k+. Benefits include: $750/month car allowance, gas and cell phone reimbursements, computer/iPad, health insurance, HSA/FSA, 401k, and equity options. Location
