About the Role: Matterport is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join our development team. You’ll be responsible for helping implement accessible, inclusive user interfaces for the Matterport portfolio of web applications and sites used by thousands of visitors each day. The ideal candidate thrives on new challenges, has a strong UX background, and drives continuous improvement of the Matterport visitor experience. This position is located in Sunnyvale, CA and offers a schedule of Monday to Thursday in the office with the option to work from home on Friday. Responsibilities

Build React-based dynamic web apps Maintain an existing platform of websites using Angular Build design pattern library components using Storybook Implement headless CMS usage across consuming web apps Work with product management and design teams to define new features and enhancements to existing user experiences Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited, not-for-profit university or college 5+ years of experience designing and delivering dynamic web experiences using frameworks such as AngularJS, Angular, React, Gatsby, and Next.js Proficient in developing CSS with SASS/SCSS, Webpack Experience with containerization and cloud technologies such as Docker, AWS, and CDNs like Fastly or similar tools Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic work environment Track record of commitment to prior employers What’s in it for you?

The position offers an annual salary range from $124,000 - $210,000 depending on skills and experience, with a generous benefits plan.
