Lead technical execution on one of the company’s core AI-driven product teams.
Design and build
end-to-end product features , from backend systems to polished user experiences.
Drive architectural decisions that enable scalable, reliable, and high-performing systems.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Contribute hands-on to development while mentoring and leveling up other engineers.
Help shape the technical vision and culture of a growing, high-impact engineering team.
Ideal Candidate Background
7+ years
of professional software engineering experience.
Proven track record of building and shipping
SaaS products
(B2B or B2C).
Strong proficiency with
TypeScript, Node.js, React, SQL, and Git .
Solid understanding of
CS fundamentals
(data structures, algorithms, distributed systems).
Experience in both
startup
and
big tech
environments is highly valued.
Product-focused mindset — you think about how technical decisions impact end users and business outcomes.
Excellent communication skills; comfortable working in a
collaborative hybrid team environment .
Preferred
Experience applying
LLM/AI technologies
in real-world products.
Familiarity with
HTML, CSS, HTTP, VS Code, or Cursor
development tools.
Background in healthcare or other mission-driven industries (not required but nice to have).
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$160,000 – $230,000
