What You Will Do
- Lead technical execution on one of the company's core AI-driven product teams.
- Design and build end-to-end product features, from backend systems to polished user experiences.
- Drive architectural decisions that enable scalable, reliable, and high-performing systems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Contribute hands-on to development while mentoring and leveling up other engineers.
- Help shape the technical vision and culture of a growing, high-impact engineering team.
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proven track record of building and shipping SaaS products (B2B or B2C).
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, React, SQL, and Git.
- Solid understanding of CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, distributed systems).
- Experience in both startup and big tech environments is highly valued.
- Product-focused mindset - you think about how technical decisions impact end users and business outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable working in a collaborative hybrid team environment.
- Experience applying LLM/AI technologies in real-world products.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, HTTP, VS Code, or Cursor development tools.
- Background in healthcare or other mission-driven industries (not required but nice to have).
- Base Salary: $160,000 - $230,000
