U.S. CEO Type:
Full-time | Ministry | Global Missions
ABOUT UNREACHED Unreached exists to bring the Gospel to the most spiritually neglected regions on earth by training and sending indigenous pastors to plant 50,000 churches across Asia by 2030. These leaders are boldly taking the Good News where Western missionaries cannot go. This includes into remote villages, restricted regions, and unreached people groups where the name of Jesus has never been heard.
Now launching a new season of growth in the U.S., we are building the operational foundation to fuel our bold vision.
THE OPPORTUNITY As COO, you will serve as the strategic backbone of our U.S. based team, ensuring we have the infrastructure, systems, and rhythms in place to amplify our impact across the globe.
You’ll work side-by-side with our U.S. CEO to:
Coordinate with global counterparts (India, Australia, Europe)
Strengthen our finance, donor, communications, and CRM systems
Help steward and scale the movement to reach the unreached
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build, document, and manage core operational workflows (finance, donor processing, CRM, communications)
Oversee systems for donor engagement, reporting, and compliance
Partner with fundraising and marketing teams to ensure backend systems support front-end growth
Lead U.S. operations meetings and align cross-functional priorities
Ensure the U.S. team is well-equipped to support the training of thousands of church planters
Help oversee vendor relationships, budgeting, and contract management
Improve data hygiene and CRM use for better donor segmentation
Work with Unreached operations leaders across the globe
IDEAL CANDIDATE You are a faith-driven, systems-minded leader who thrives behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly. You are drawn to excellence, passionate about the Great Commission, and eager to support a bold, global vision.
You might be a great fit if you:
Have 7+ years of nonprofit operations or executive-level project management experience
Understand nonprofit financial systems, donor platforms, and compliance
Have experience with Virtuous CRM
Can translate vision into structure
Love working with missionaries, pastors, and ministry leaders
Are energized by big goals and humble enough to serve in the details
WHY THIS MATTERS Entire regions of the world remain untouched by the Gospel. But indigenous leaders are ready to go, if we can train and send them. Your work will directly help equip thousands of pastors to plant churches, make disciples, and bring Jesus to those who have never heard His name.
This is your invitation to help reach the unreached.
