Construction Superintendent - Multi

Avenue Construction is looking for a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee multi-family and commercial projects in Middle Tennessee. We need someone with at least 5-7 years of experience who can effectively lead a team and manage a project from start to finish.

In this role, you'll be in charge of all on-site operations, from supervising our crew and subcontractors to ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget. You’ll work closely with the project manager to deliver a successful and profitable project.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing on-site staff, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Enforcing and overseeing the project's safety program.

• Coordinating inspections and ensuring the work meets quality standards.

• Monitoring the project budget and timeline.

• Communicating with clients, architects, and engineers.

We are looking for a strong leader with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to help us build top-quality projects.
