Overview A fast-growing, global financial services firm is seeking a
Chief Financial Officer
to lead all aspects of financial strategy, planning, and operations across its international entities, including U.S. and U.K. regulated broker-dealers and foreign branches in Singapore and the U.K. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will report directly to the Group CEO and partner closely with the board, co-founders, and senior leaders to support strategic growth, maintain regulatory compliance, and scale financial infrastructure across jurisdictions.

Lead financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and reporting across all business entities. Oversee accounting, audits, internal controls, tax, and regulatory compliance (U.S., U.K., and Singapore). Build and mentor a high-performing finance team; foster a culture of accountability and transparency. Drive financial systems upgrades, automation, and scalable processes. Manage key external relationships with auditors, banks, investors, and regulators. Support strategic decisions through data-driven insights and financial modeling. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (CPA or MBA preferred). 10+ years of financial leadership experience, including 5+ years in management. Experience in global, regulated organizations; broker-dealer or securities industry background strongly preferred. Strong command of GAAP, audits, consolidations, and financial systems. Proven ability to lead teams through growth, change, and complexity. Preferred Experience
Financial operations across multiple international entities. Regulatory experience with SEC, FINRA, FCA, or MAS. Understanding of U.S. partnership tax structures.
