Lead financial strategy, planning, reporting, and governance across global entities. Partner with senior leadership on strategic decision-making, investments, and growth initiatives. Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, compensation, and internal controls. Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, driving efficiency and continuous improvement. Manage key external relationships with auditors, banks, investors, and regulators. Qualifications
10+ years of progressive finance leadership, including 5+ in a senior executive role. Experience in global, regulated financial services firms. CPA or MBA strongly preferred. Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills, with proven success leading teams through growth and transformation. Integrity, resilience, and executive presence.
