Director, Product Marketing - Resident Loyalty / Bilt Payment Center
What is Bilt?
Bilt is the loyalty program for renters, transforming rent payments into valuable rewards while connecting members with exclusive Neighborhood Benefits. With every on-time rent payment, members earn Bilt Points, which can be transferred to airline miles and hotel points, used for future rent payments, redeemed for everyday purchases, or saved for a home down payment. Members can build their credit history by automatically reporting rent payments to all three major credit bureaus for free, and access exclusive rewards on the 1st of every month with Rent Day. Bilt members also receive value at over 40,000 merchants nationwide with exclusive Neighborhood Benefits at local restaurants, fitness studios, pharmacies, on Lyft rides, and more. In partnership with top multifamily owners and operators, Bilt manages payments for over 4.5M units across the nation, becoming the largest network of homes that reward residents on rent. Residents in the network pay directly through the Bilt Payment Center and access benefits including additional earn opportunities on new leases, renewals, and more. What’s the role?
As the Director of Product Marketing for our Resident Loyalty and Bilt Payment Center pods, you will communicate Bilt’s products’ value and benefits to customers and partners. You’ll work with real estate partners and residents. For real estate partners, you’ll help drive on-time payments, boost leasing performance, and unlock new revenue. You’ll focus on marketing two key products: the resident experience through Bilt, and the partner experience through the Bilt Alliance Portal (our payments and resident loyalty platform for properties). On the B2C side, residents pay rent through the Bilt Payment Center and access a range of benefits. On the B2B side, properties can view resident payment information, track engagement, and process leasing concessions. You will develop and implement clear and compelling product marketing strategies and messaging across touchpoints to educate the audience and activate key behaviors. Bilt is partnered with 70% of the top multifamily owners and operators, including Greystar, Avenue5, Asset Living, Willow Bridge, and more. In this role you will… Own the B2B and B2C product marketing strategy for communicating to and through our Real Estate partners across new product and benefit launches by managing messaging development, asset creation, and customer journey strategy. Lead cross-functional workstreams to bring your pod’s products and benefits to life across site, app, lifecycle channels, brand channels, media opportunities, experiences, and more. Ensure impactful, relevant, and consistent messaging related to existing products across all always-on customer channels, updating as the product evolves. Create and maintain training and informational materials to educate and activate partners on new and existing benefits/product features. Analyze campaign performance and use results to iterate on product marketing strategy. Qualifications 7–10 years of marketing experience Experience with marketing tools across design, campaign management, data analytics, and marketing automation—like Figma, Braze, Segment, FullStory, and Looker B2B marketing experience; experience in the proptech space is a plus Driven, hard-working, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment Experience with copywriting, deck/asset creation, and an eye for design Ability to understand complex products, customer needs, brand voice, and marketing channel mechanics Cross-functional coordination and strong interpersonal skills Organized and detail-oriented Ability to work quickly and efficiently in high-pressure situations Benefits Compensation: competitive salary with equity and a performance bonus program Health insurance for you and your loved ones from day one, including One Medical membership and wellness stipends 401(k) plan with a match Commuter FSAs Unlimited PTO Exclusive Employee-only Bilt Points Team events At Bilt Rewards, compensation details are discussed during the interview process.
