What is Bilt?

Bilt is the loyalty program for renters, transforming rent payments into valuable rewards while connecting members with exclusive Neighborhood Benefits. Members earn Bilt Points with on-time rent payments and can transfer points 1:1 to airline miles and hotel points, use them for rent payments, redeem for purchases, or save for a home down payment. Rent reporting to all three major credit bureaus is free, and exclusive rewards unlock on the 1st of every month with Rent Day. Members access benefits at over 40,000 merchants nationwide with exclusive Neighborhood Benefits at restaurants, fitness studios, pharmacies, Lyft rides, and more. Bilt partners with top multifamily owners and operators, managing payments for over 4.5M units nationwide. Residents pay through the Bilt Payment Center and access benefits including additional earn opportunities on leases and renewals. What’s the role?

As the Director of Employee Events + Experiences at Bilt, you’ll design and deliver high-impact, high-vibe experiences that bring Bilt’s culture to life — through events, perks, programs, and moments that make working at Bilt feel special. From large-scale celebrations to intimate experiences with storytelling power, you’ll create moments that connect, surprise, and resonate. Think anniversary perks powered by our travel rewards network, immersive offsites, and cultural drops. Why this role?

We aim to build an employee experience that reflects the team’s ambition, creativity, and culture, with a new standard for how company culture shows up in the real world. In this role, you will... Own all employee event programming — from quarterly onboarding events to our holiday party, ensuring each event feels like a Bilt signature. Curate and support bespoke company and pod-based experiences, leveraging our network of dining, comedy, and lifestyle partners. Partner to run our employee cultural experience, including: Milestone and anniversary programs with white-glove execution Physical and digital symbols of recognition Oversee and execute Employee Only Bilt Status and offerings Swag design and drop cadence Infuse partnership thinking into every experience — leveraging Bilt partners to create real-world magic. Create a membership-worthy employee experience and track ROI. Serve as a visible cultural beacon in the NYC office, adapting programming to energize employees. Qualifications

5+ years of experience curating elevated experiences, events, membership clubs, or brand activations — across large-scale and high-touch environments. Proven ability to build brand affinity and loyalty through in-person experiences, storytelling, hospitality, and space design. Experience building or managing exclusive member communities or loyalty programs with differentiated offerings that drive engagement. Data-informed mindset with ability to set goals, evaluate performance, and articulate impact through engagement metrics. Portfolio of memorable, high-quality work that demonstrates taste and originality for a discerning audience. Experience working with or alongside brands in hospitality, fashion, media, or luxury lifestyle; deep knowledge of current culture and trends. Builder’s mindset with hospitality instincts — able to scale while preserving experiential quality. Interest in growing into a people and culture leadership role. is

$130,000 - 165,000

and includes eligibility for equity and an annual performance-based bonus.
