The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience, specifically defending employers and individuals in federal and state employment matters involving discrimination, harassment and retaliation. In the public sector, the firm also defends municipalities and public officials in federal litigation involving employment practices and policymaking. Responsibilities
Work on arbitrations and collective bargaining negotiations. Research and advise on labor and employment-related statutes and related litigation. School Law or Municipal Law experience is a PLUS. Mix of litigation and advisory work with opportunities for mentorship and growth. Qualifications
6+ years of experience defending employers and individuals in federal and state employment matters involving discrimination, harassment and retaliation. Compensation Compensation is in the $140,000 to 180,000, commensurate with experience.
